A blend of buttermilk and vegetable oil. Meadowland is more stable than dairy cream in applications using acids, such as lemon juice and alcohol. It does not split, even when boiled.

Use straight from the pack, just like dairy cream. Flip top lid for easy opening, pouring and re-sealing.
