Try making our simple and creamy pasta dish. Few ingredients and quick to throw together.

Ingredients
  • 900g pasta
  • 50 Flora Plant B+tter
  • 500g zucchini
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 dl Flora Plant 15%
  • 1.5 tbsp vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper
  • herbs for garnish
  • 70 g Violife Prosociano
Method
  1. Start by boiling the pasta. While it's cooking, make the sauce.
  2. Start by frying the zucchini in Flora Plant B+tter. Chop and add the garlic and fry for a minute. Pour in Flora Plant 15%, the stock, lemon zest and juice and bring to the boil. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Cook the pasta until al dente and then pour off the water but save about 1 dl of the pasta water in case you want to thin the sauce a bit. Turn the pasta, any pasta water and 1/3 of the Violife Prosociano into the sauce and stir until it becomes really creamy.
  4. Serve with the rest of the Violife Prosociano and some herbs.
